Multiple level ESL Classes from September-May. You can join at any time during the year. Crosspoint Alliance Church offers both in person and online classes. $10.00 class fee for each semester plus an added book fee. (Book prices range from $15.00 – $25.00 depending on the class.) Free weekly adult English as a Second Language class (ESL) classes taught by trained volunteers who love working with internationals. Specific level classes, conversation classes, and a variety of activities during the semester. Classes are free, and textbooks cost only $10. These classes and activities are a great opportunity to practice English in a relaxed environment. Classes may contain Christian content. Offering ESL Classes since 2008, Saint Paul Lutheran Church’s free Adult ESL classes meet Monday and Thursday evening from 7:15-9:00PM.  Students may come one or both nights.  No need to register. Lessons are organized by topics and include pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, conversation and practice worksheets. “Calvary ESL (English as a Second Language) classes help internationals learn to speak English and understand American cultural expressions. We offer multiple proficiency levels plus pronunciation and discussion groups to improve vocabulary and conversational skills. New students take a placement test to determine their class level. Intro through Level 4 classes meet at Calvary. Level 5 and Advanced classes meet via Zoom. ESL classes are offered on Monday and Thursday mornings in the fall, winter, and spring.
